Yep, that's us. Born and raised in Central PA with real estate investing in our blood. We're a small family company that does some big business and we sell houses at deep discounts. We've been buying houses since 2003 and the truth is that we do a TON of volume and we don't have the time or resources to keep all of them. We wish we could, but we would rather pass these deals along to other investors and create a network of like-minded people to work with.
